Austin-based growing company seeks competitive, sharp, driven inside sales rockstars looking to take the next step in their career. As we build out our hybrid inbound/outbound department, we are looking for experienced inside sales reps who want to try new things, be part of building something special, and have a chance to grow into a full cycle rep in long complex sales cycles selling to some of the biggest companies in the world.
- You must have prior experience calling on decision makers;
- You must really excel at prospecting by phone;
- You want to get better, take coaching well, and can't stand excuses;
- Experience in an outbound role is required;
- Must be in Austin, Texas.
Those hired for this role will have a chance to help build out the inside sales department, with an opportunity to grow into a full account executive role within 12-18 months. You'll work as part of a small team of sales people and marketers in reaching out to high value prospects to run basic qualification and book meetings for our senior sales execs. All the while, you'll learn the ins and outs of our business and industry.
