As an Implementation Lead (IL), you'll work with a team consisting of one Client Executive (CE) and at least one Account Executive (AE). Together you'll drive revenue growth within a specified book of clients. IL responsibilities include coordinating new account implementations, adding insurance products to new and existing clients, establishing payroll deduction processes, and establishing proper enrollment strategies. You'll communicate regularly with your team to develop and implement revenue-driving strategies and share knowledge of client contacts, needs, and opportunities.

 

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes project plan for new client implementations
  • Develops, reviews, and recommends results of insurance RFPs on behalf of clients
  • Coordinates implementation with insurance carriers for new and added coverage
  • Develops scope of work and reviews options for enrollment activities
  • Coordinates transfer of all associated files for payroll deduction purposes
  • During implementation, serves as day-to-day liaison with client, carriers, and payroll service providers
  • Ensures that product renewals are accurate for coverage and pricing
  • Implements any changes required for products during annual enrollment cycle (e.g., platform, billing)
  • Implements new technologies offered by Beneplace to existing clients
  • Diligently utilizes and maintains client information and interactions in the Beneplace CRM tool
  • Participates in business review strategy sessions with teammates

 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • TX Property and Casualty License
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to gather and analyze data
