 Love to hunt and close deals? Enjoy a real challenge and the financial payoff that comes with it? Frustrated with capped income, weak management, and stale thinking? 

  • You must have prior experience selling to decision makers in large companies and with long sales cycles;
  • You must really excel at prospecting, qualifying, and closing;
  • You should know how to sell from an underdog position;
  • You should be able to demonstrate excellent questioning and consultative selling skills; 
  • You want to get better, take coaching well, and can't stand excuses; 
  • You should have prior earnings of at least 100k in a commissioned role;
  • Experience with insurance and/or voluntary benefits is a plus, but not required.
