Beneplace is an Austin-based provider of voluntary benefits and employee savings programs for large employers. We work with companies with 5,000+ employees in both the public (government) and commercial sectors. Our team helps clients meet their employee acquisition, retention and satisfaction goals through the deployment of our products and services.

We are looking for highly effective selling account managers that fit our culture.

  • All candidates must work well independently, be effective communicators, and collaborate well with our internal teams;
  • You must have prior success selling insurance and/or employee benefits products to decision makers in large organizations;
  • You must excel at finding and closing new business inside of existing accounts, and have excellent problem-solving and consultative selling skills;
  • You must be effective at building and cultivating relationships throughout large organizations;
  • You should be a self-starter, highly motivated and organized, and have a track record demonstrating your prior success. 

Knowledge of benefits and insurance is required. You must have prior earnings of at least $130k in an account management or selling role.
