Description:

 

Based in Austin, TX, Beneplace is the market leader in voluntary benefits and employee purchase program administration. We are currently looking to fill a Vendor Manager position. At Beneplace, we value dynamic and engaging professionals for our client- and vendor-facing roles—individuals who have a strong track record of driving paid-placement, revenue-share and hybrid economic models. We need someone to land amazing new vendors through outreach and networking, and someone who can maintain and grow existing vendor relationships. In short, you should be easy to talk to, smart as a whip, both detail-orientated and able to see the big picture, and eager to close business and add value to the company.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively identify, prioritize and develop new relationships and revenue opportunities with prospective Vendors to be featured on Client employee benefit portals
  • Maximize revenue opportunities (paid-placement, revenue-share and hybrid)
  • Perform research and strategic analysis of new business opportunities, existing Vendor programs and competitor programs
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Web Technology teams on aspects of Vendor Page design and marketing placement delivery
  • Serve as primary liaison to the Client Executive team to answer questions about current or future Vendor offers
  • Special Projects as required

  • Experience selling email and internet marketing strategies

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
